Welcome

Welcome to the Bursledon Federation!  I am delighted to introduce myself as the Executive Headteacher of both Bursledon Church of England Infant School and Bursledon Church Affiliated Junior School. I started in January 2021 and received a very warm welcome from the staff, children and parents.

I am continually impressed by the strength of the school staff teams and their determination to ensure that each child develops a love of learning in a nurturing and caring environment.  The school fully embraces our school vision and values of Love, Respect and Aspire - they sit at the heart of everything we do. I am proud to also be a parent of the school with a child in both the Infants and the Juniors. 

We strongly believe in supporting the whole child and ensuring we are developing their character, experiences, knowledge and skills so they can grow emotionally, socially, spiritually and academically.

Working very closely with the Heads of School and the rest of the Senior Leadership Team and Governors - together we are passionate about making every day count and for school to be an exciting, challenging and rewarding experience.
